The apartment is located on the ground floor of the property, with plenty of space for up to 4 guests. The apartment has tiled flooring throughout, and consists of one large double bedroom, an open-plan well equipped modern kitchen, a comfortable sitting room with TV, a dining table and an open-plan alcove with 2 single beds, one bathroom (with a shower cubicle and washing machine).
Air conditioning and fans are available throughout the apartment. The use of the swimming pool (unheated), outside seating area with BBQ, are solely used by the guests staying in the apartment.
The resort of Gouvia (900m away) has all the amenities you would expect from a tourist resort: beach front tavernas, bars, shops, supermarkets etc. While it is quite accessible on foot and public transportation, a car is highly recommended on Corfu, enabling you to visit other resorts, beautiful beaches and the superb town of Kérkyra (10 kms away).
